IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION
We have now resumed all services (including Boarding and Grooming) and we are excited to help your pets with all of their needs! For the safety of our staff and our clients and to maintain social distancing, we are still providing our services curbside and only staff will be permitted in the clinic.
When you arrive we are asking that you remain in your vehicle and give us a call and let us know what “spot” you are parked in (spots are numbered), an assistant/technician will then take a history over the phone and will come out to your vehicle to retrieve your pet. To make the transition easier on the pet, we are asking that you remove your pet from the vehicle when our assistant arrives to escort them in. For their safety, we are asking that all cats be in a carrier. Your pet will be brought into the clinic for an exam and the doctor or assistant/technician will call to speak with you about the doctor's findings. Medications will be dispensed and the assistant/technician will bring the pet, medications, and resource materials back out to you. Payment for all services and products will be taken over the phone. We will follow curbside for boarding and grooming pets as well.
At this time, we are asking that no personal belongings be brought to the clinic with boarding animals, with the exception of medications and food. Prescriptions and food pickup will also be curbside.
As always, we appreciate your understanding and we thank you for allowing us the opportunity to make a difference for you and your pets. Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have.
