The Park has plenty of shade and water available during the summertime. The Park is well maintained and clean. Pet owners can only have as many as three dogs at once at the Park.

Covell Dog Park

Located at 526 Covell Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. This recreational area is a one-acre off-leash area, which offers plenty of room for your pup to run around and play. Unfortunately, there are no individual areas for large dogs and small dogs. In the summer, there is a hose and small pools. The fenced-in grass area allows dogs to run free. The ground is primarily wood chips and dirt. There are plenty of picnic tables where you can sit and relax. The Park is clean and very large.

Pack Indoor Dog Park

Located at 5205 W River Dr. NE Comstock Park, MI 49321. This Park is unique, as it has a bar and food area for dog parents to have a drink and a snack while the dogs play together. There is an indoor recreation area for dogs to play, and the staff is very responsible for watching them. Dogs can stay and play in the daycare facility. This Park also has a fenced outdoor play space with a patio to sit down and relax. This Park is very orderly and well maintained.

Kirk Park

Located at 9791 Lakeshore Drive, West Olive, 49460. This place features acres of dunes, woods, and a beautiful beach. It also has a

Kirk Park dog beach is open with limited hours due to high water. Dogs can play off-leash on the beach and enjoy the sand and waves. They are free to play. Shaggy Pines Dog Park

Located at 3895 Cherry Lane Ave SE Ada, MI 49301. Dogs are welcome to run around and play in their 16 acre gated park with gorgeous pine trees, rolling hills, and wide-open fields. It has a swimming pond and hiking trails. There is a small dog zone and a large dog zone. Your pup will get to play and socialize with other dogs. There are plenty of tennis balls to play fetch with your dog. It has a nice wash area for dogs with raised tubs to reduce back pain or strain. It has a day play drop-in service. It even has a spot for dog parents to go and get free coffee and popcorn. It was designated as one of the top ten dog parks in North America.

Hillcrest Dog Park

It has benched, shaded areas and a seasonal water station. The one inconvenience is that there is no grass. Meadow Run Dog Park

Located at 900 S 8th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. This Park has 24 acres of entirely fenced-in rolling meadows. It has a large pond for pups to swim, agility equipment, and self-grooming tubs inside the office. The pond has two jumping docks, and there are also rest areas with water stations. It is a private park with 3-, 6-, 9-, or 12-month memberships. Three visits are allowed before membership is required. There are fun little events for you and your furry companion to attend.
